At TroveBerry, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as when received
- Be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed return instructions.
Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@troveberry.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a prompt resolution, including replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics, hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
If you are uncertain whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For goods delivered to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 calendar days, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, the returned item must meet the eligibility conditions listed above.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
